Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We get it—plans change, and flexibility is important! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance. That way, we can adjust our schedule and keep everything running smoothly.

If a cancellation happens with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% fee may apply. This is because we’ve already set aside time and resources for your service.

Health and Safety Protocols

Your well-being and the safety of our team are top priorities at Ukezo! If you’re feeling unwell or showing any symptoms, we encourage you to reschedule your service to help keep everyone safe. Even if it’s less than 24 hours’ notice, rest assured—you won’t be charged a rescheduling fee for illness. We want to make sure you feel comfortable doing the right thing for everyone’s health.

Additionally, if you notice any safety concerns on your property—such as loose pets, hazardous materials, or obstacles—please let us know ahead of time. This helps us ensure a smooth and safe service experience for all.

  • Security Details: If you have gate codes or alarms, let us know ahead of time so we can safely enter.
  • Pet Safety: For everyone’s safety, please keep pets secured inside or in a safe area away from the work zone.
  • Special Instructions: If certain areas of your home or yard need special care, let us know beforehand so we can give them the right attention.
  • Property Condition: Please ensure your property is free from obstacles or hazards that could hinder our work.

Service Terms and Payment

We’re all about flexibility—no long-term contracts here! Please refer to our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for details on adjusting scheduled services.

PAYMENTS AND DOWN-PAYMENTS

Payments are collected immediately after service. We accept credit cards, checks, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Our team doesn’t carry cash.
 
As our range of services grows, we may ask for a 25% down payment for services where the total exceeds $500 to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due after your service is complete.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your happiness is what matters most! If you’re not completely satisfied with our service, let us know within two business days. We’ll discuss the issue and schedule a re-service—whatever it takes to make things right. Our commitment is to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the outcome.

Service Adjustments

We strive to deliver outstanding service every time. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to fix it. We’ll work with you to find the best solution, such as re-servicing the area or addressing specific concerns, while upholding our satisfaction guarantee.

Pricing

Quoted rates received by email are good for 30 days. Please note that calculator-based rates may change at any time.

Liability and Insurance

Your peace of mind is important to us. While we take every precaution to prevent any issues, Ukezo is fully insured to cover potential property damage or personal injury that may occur during our service. If something happens, please notify us right away so we can address the situation promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, so feel free to check in periodically.

Ukezo Service Team

Ukezo typically sends a team of two fully trained and referenced-checked professionals.

Hours of Operation

Our operating hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. However, during extreme weather conditions, our hours may change to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of our services. If adjustments are needed due to weather, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
